What to Include in Your Message
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- The Pinzu app version, if available
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
- Screenshots, if relevant
Beta Feedback
Pinzu is being tested for:
- Location-based reminder reliability
- Arrival and departure triggers
- Notification behavior
- Reminder creation flow
- Overall usability and performance
Because Pinzu is currently in beta, some features may change, fail, or behave unexpectedly.
Please do not rely on the beta version of Pinzu for emergency, medical, safety-critical, legal, or highly time-sensitive reminders.

Data Deletion
The initial beta version of Pinzu does not require a user account.
Most app data is expected to be stored locally on your device. You can delete local app data by deleting the App from your device.
