In the initial beta version, Pinzu is designed to operate without requiring a user account.

The App may process the following information on your device:

• Reminder titles and reminder details you create
• Selected places or approximate location areas used for reminders
• App settings and permission preferences
• Notification-related preferences

Pinzu uses location access only to provide location-based reminder functionality.

Location data is processed on your device for the purpose of detecting whether you have arrived at or left a selected place.

In the initial beta version:

• We do not collect precise location history on our servers.
• We do not sell location data.
• We do not use location data for advertising.
• We do not use location data to track you across apps or websites.
• We do not share your location data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

You can control location permissions at any time through your device settings.

Pinzu may request permission to send notifications.

Notifications are used to alert you when a location-based reminder is triggered or when the App needs to provide reminder-related information.

You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

The initial beta version of Pinzu does not require users to create an account.

If account features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.

Reminder data and app settings may be stored locally on your device.

If you delete the App, locally stored app data may also be deleted from your device, subject to your operating system's behavior and backup settings.

The initial beta version of Pinzu is not intended to use third-party advertising or tracking services.

If we later add third-party services such as crash reporting, analytics, cloud sync, subscriptions, or authentication, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data is processed and why.

In the initial beta version, Pinzu does not use advertising tracking and does not sell personal data.

We do not use your data to track you across third-party apps or websites.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information only if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the App, or others.

Because the initial beta version is designed to work without user accounts, most app data is stored locally on your device.

You can delete local app data by deleting the App from your device.

Pinzu is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Pinzu is currently in beta. Features, data handling, and technical infrastructure may change before public release.

If our data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update the policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
